Its architectural simplicity and unique positioning, perpendicular to the beach, set it apart from the modern condominiums in the area. It is also one of the few remaining mid-century-inspired structures still standing along the beach today. When the chance presented itself, I purchased a unit on the top floor, which provides a delightful view of Bid-A-Wee Beach, further enhancing the allure of this extraordinary location.
