I visited PCB the end of Feb 2023 because my parents were snowbirding/RVing there. The balcony overlooks the beach and you can walk downstairs for access. Apartment was sparkling clean upon arrival and had everything I needed. Super cute retro decor. Quiet complex during the time I stayed. Walkable to restaurants in the area. There was construction happening on the ground level, but I didn't notice when I was in the apartment. I worked a couple days and the wifi connection met my work needs. Just opened the door and let the sound of the waves destress me during working hours. Such a great find!
